Glass Warranty
RUSTIC DÉCOR STORE LIMITED GLASS WARRANTY
Rustic Décor Store warrants that our insulated glass shall be covered by the Manufacturer’s limited glass warranty in effect at the time of purchase to the original purchaser or subsequent first homeowner for a period of 60 Days. This warranty includes the hermetic seal in insulated glass units when directly attributed to defective manufacturing and whose failure results in permanent obstruction of vision through the glass panel. This warranty also covers the manufacturer’s ascetic non-structural blemishes which are covered by the manufacturer (upon inspection and approval of the manufacturer) that are in the glass and visible from a distance of 10 feet from the glass and located in an area adjacent to the line of sight. This warranty does not include the outer edges or non line of sight areas of the glass.
This warranty does not apply to damage as a result of exposure to corrosive fumes or condensates, damage resulting from excessive stress from movement of the structure, glass distortion or breakage, acts of God, mishandling or improper installation or by any other cause whatsoever not within our exclusive control, and shall not apply unless the failure occurs and claim is delivered to us within the warranty coverage period.
Under the terms of this warranty, our obligation is to replace the defective glass or at our option present purchaser with a full refund of the purchase price. No Labor, installation and/or consequential damages are included.
We can require that an inspection be made by one of our employees prior to adjustment or replacement by warranty claim.
